Ordering scrubs from Pokhara, Chitwan and Biratnagar
A good ordering process should not depend on living in Kathmandu. What we changed so it does not.

Most online clothing in Nepal is quietly built for Kathmandu. The photography, the delivery promise, the return address all assume the buyer is inside the valley. Everyone else is an afterthought.
Medical wear is worse, because a nurse in Bharatpur cannot afford a two week wait on a replacement set.
So we built the order flow around three things that do not care where you live.
The first is measurement. If we have your numbers on file, you do not need to be measured in person, and you do not need to guess between sizes. That works the same in Biratnagar as in Baneshwor.
The second is cash on delivery. A lot of buyers outside the valley are reasonably cautious about paying online to a shop they have not used before. COD removes that hesitation, and it works in most major towns. If COD is not available at your address, we will tell you before dispatch rather than after.
The third is WhatsApp. A question about fabric at nine in the evening should not have to wait for an email reply. Our hours are Sunday to Friday, ten to six, but the message sits there and gets answered in order.
What we cannot promise is next day delivery to every district. What we can promise is that the garment is the same one we send to a hospital in Kathmandu, cut from the same pattern and finished the same way.
For clinics in Pokhara, Chitwan and Biratnagar specifically, the pattern we see is batch orders twice a year, usually before new staff intake. If that is your rhythm, tell us at the first order and we will keep the pattern and the measurements on record so the second order is a repeat, not a restart.
Need this measured properly?
Send your numbers, or book a call and we will take them with you.
