Shipping aaoms from Nepal to the Gulf and beyond
We are a Nepali manufacturer, not a reseller. That changes the shipping story in ways worth understanding.

We make in Nepal and we ship from Nepal. For an overseas buyer that is a different proposition from ordering from a warehouse in Dubai, and it is worth knowing what it means in practice.
The Gulf is the shortest regular route. Kathmandu has direct air links to Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, and courier consolidations leave several times a week. A small order of twenty sets can move as a courier parcel. A larger institutional order usually moves as air freight with a clearing agent at the destination.
Europe, the UK, North America and Australia are all reachable, always by air, and always with a customs step at the destination.
That customs step is where most first time buyers get surprised. Duty is calculated at the destination, not by us, and it depends on the classification of the goods and the value declared. We provide a commercial invoice with the correct description, but we cannot pay your duty.
Two practical notes.
Give a full delivery address with a contact who will be reachable on the day, including a mobile number with the country code.
Allow more time than you would for a domestic order. A garment that clears customs in three days makes the whole thing feel easy. A garment that sits for ten does not, and neither delay is under our control.
We would rather tell you this now than after you have ordered.

Send your numbers, or book a call and we will take them with you.
